(London, ON) November 18, 2016 - On display for the first time was our Flare 48MP demo that can produce 7920 x 6004 images at over 30fps. The camera was paired with our Core 2 CX MAX that can record up to four cameras with CoaXPress single-link, dual-link or quad-link interfaces. With link rates up to CXP-6 there are no restrictions on readout rates.
The 4K MAX slow motion replay system was on display. The system consists of a 4K camera (Flare 12MP) which connects via 75 ohm coaxial cable to our high speed solid state recorder, the DVR Express Core 2 MAX. This system is capable of recording 10-bit 4K/UHD up to 210fps, 2K/HD at 830fps, and 720p at over 1200fps. Recordings can be replayed in slow-motion via 3G-SDI outputs. Core 2 CX MAX which supports area and line scan camera types and provides power over CoaXPress (PoCXP) on all ports.
