IO Industries showcased for the first time our 4K MAX slow motion replay system
(London, ON) September 20, 2016 - IO Industries took part in the IBC 2016 trade show in Amsterdam.
Below is a product overview of what was on display:
4KSDI Camera
The first compact 4K/UHD camera head designed to fit where larger cameras cannot. Despite its size, this small form factor camera has the capability to deliver the high-quality imagery demanded by industry professionals. Several output configurations are supported including dual-link and quad-link 3G/HD-SDI connections, UHD/4K frame size, rates up to 60p and 4:2:2/4:4:4 color encoding.
2KSDI Camera
The 2KSDI is built small enough that it is flexible to fit into a range of specialty applications for both broadcast and cinema. This 3G/HD-SDI camera can be configured from the included remote control, and can record at rates between 24 and 60fps. The 2KSDI has a 2/3" CMOS sensor with a global shutter for crisp shots.
4K MAX
The 4K MAX was on display for the first time at IBC 2016. The system consists of a 4K camera which connects via 75 ohm coaxial cable to our high speed solid state recorder, the DVR Express Core 2 MAX. This system is capable of recording 10-bit 4K/UHD up to 210fps, 2K/HD at 830fps, and 720p at over 1200fps. Recordings can be replayed in slow-motion via 3G-SDI outputs.
VR Demo
At IBC we featured a full system VR demonstration that has been integrated by Inter Video with video feeds from six 2KSDI cameras. For more information on rentals please visit Inter Video.
